Platform Support Lifecycle

Overview

This page provides a concise summary of the support lifecycle for Superna products. It helps customers and internal teams track which versions are actively supported, under maintenance, or at end of support.

Terminologies

End of Maintenance (EOM) - Product version will no longer receive updates - including bug fixes, patches, or security enhancements. Support will be available, no further code changes will be made.

End of Support (EOS) - Product version is obsolete. No support, documentation updates, or enhancements are provided beyond this date. Continued use of the product version is at the customer's own risk.

Cyberstorage - Dell OEM

Under the Dell OEM agreement, we provide support for the current release for 12 months or two major versions (N-2), whichever lasts longer.
