Installation Guides

Before You Begin​

Ensure you have a service account (or accounts) with the following conditions:

  • Local Administrator on the server that Data Security Essentials web components will run on.
  • The service account must have full read/write rights on each of the host storage devices
  • The service account must have full read/write rights on each of the host storage devices (Please see the appropriate installation guide for more information on your storage type).
