Troubleshoot Cluster Event Ingestion

Configure Monitoring

1. Log in to ECA.
   • Enter the ecaadmin username and password.
2. Run ecactl containers up -d kafkahq.
3. Go to https://x.x.x.x/kafkahq (replace x.x.x.x with the IP address of node 1 in the ECA cluster).
   • Enter the ecaadmin username and password.
4. Screenshot the topics list and provide it to support.
   • A positive number in the Lag column indicates a backlog in event processing.
