SupernaOne
Introduction
SupernaOne is a single-pane-of-glass dashboard for alert triage and summarization across your Superna products, including a data protection and security summary view. It's hosted as a cloud service and is offered at no additional cost.
SupernaOne reduces alert fatigue with context-sensitive alarm help, alarm storm suppression with counts, bulk alarm clearing, and per-application alarm views. It also rolls up key performance metrics and assessment scores across Disaster Recovery, Ransomware Defender, and Easy Auditor.
Getting Started
Connect an Eyeglass Appliance to SupernaOne
-
Upgrade the Eyeglass appliance to version 2.6.0 or later.
-
SSH to the appliance and enable SupernaOne:
igls config settings set --tag=saas_portal_enabled -value=true -
In the Eyeglass UI, open User Roles and grant the
APP_REGISTERpermission to the administrator account. -
Log out and log back in for the new permission to take effect.
-
The Connect to Cloud icon is now visible in the Eyeglass UI. Click it, then click Connect to Cloud in the dialog that opens.
-
A new browser tab opens to the SupernaOne portal. Log in (or create an account), describe the appliance, and click Register.
Registration
New users are added to SupernaOne one of two ways:
- Via an email invitation link — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
- By going directly to insiders.dashboard.superna.io and signing in.
Capabilities
After signing in, the dashboard shows connected products, alerts, and notifications, organized into a side menu, a dashboard entity, and a capabilities entity.
Coverage Strength shows a score for how well your environment is protected, configured, and operating in a given functional area — for example, Protection and Recovery scores 10/10 when failover readiness is 100% and the runbook robot is running successfully.
Alerts by Capabilities lets you view all alerts at once, or filter by application (Ransomware Defender, user behavior auditing, Disaster Recovery, and so on), for both Active and Cleared alerts.
Alerts
Consecutive alerts of the same type stack into a single entry. Click an alert code to open its Alarm Details, which shows the time the alarm was detected, event details, and how to resolve it — alarm code reference.
Use the date-range filter to narrow the alert list. Clearing an alert moves it to the Cleared tab; cleared alerts can't be restored.

What data is sent to SupernaOne?
The Eyeglass appliance forwards only alarms, high-level metrics, and a small set of appliance and cluster properties. Specifically:
- Alarm information: category, description, severity, affected product, affected appliance name, timestamp, and additional context that may include affected IP addresses, usernames, error messages, policy names, or access zone names.
- High-level metrics: DR data transferred, policy RPO, runbook robot status, replication policy/zone/pool counts (and their failover-side counts), Easy Auditor active events and RoboAudit status, Ransomware Defender active events and detection counts, ECA data read/written, and AirGap vault-open time.
- Appliance information: name and version.
- Cluster information: GUID, name, platform, and total/used capacity.
All data is stored in a multi-tenant database, hosted on AWS in the us-east-1 region, and Superna does not use it for any other purpose.
The table below lists the specific metrics currently sent from Eyeglass DR, Easy Auditor, Ransomware Defender, and AirGap Vault:
| Application | Metric Description | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Eyeglass DR | SyncIQ Data Transferred | MB |

| Easy Auditor | Active events (critical) | Integer |
| Easy Auditor | Active events (major) | Integer |
| Easy Auditor | Active events (warning) | Integer |
| Easy Auditor | Last Security Guard pass value | — |
| Easy Auditor | Total data read | MB |
| Easy Auditor | Total data written | MB |
| Easy Auditor | Number of file events processed | Integer |
| Ransomware Defender | Active events (critical) | Integer |
| Ransomware Defender | Active events (major) | Integer |
| Ransomware Defender | Active events (warning) | Integer |
| Ransomware Defender | Number of ransomware events detected | Integer |
| Ransomware Defender | False positive rate | Integer |
| Ransomware Defender | Last Security Guard pass value | — |

Can data forwarding be stopped?
Yes. Open the Connect to Cloud view — once connected, the button label changes to Pause. Click it to stop the appliance from forwarding alarms and metric data. Click it again to resume.
